I have four degrees in psychology, mental health and human behavior. I have worked for New York University, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Mt. Sinai Hospital, Planned Parenthood, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Sri Lankan National Institute of Mental Health, and Rikers Island Correctional.

 

As a therapist, I specialize in anxiety, trauma and sex & intimacy, helping women let go of shame, say goodbye to anxiety, squash their limiting beliefs and reclaim their confidence and power.

As an elite mentor for women (a hugeeeeee passion of mine), I help high-achieving, hyper-independent and successful women find the freedom and courage to be their own boss, embody their purpose, align to their passions and hustle for their own legacy, rather than work so damn hard for someone else's.
