My name is Allison and I am a Licensed Therapist who specializes in trauma.

We unpack emotional neglect, people-pleasing, attachment wounds, chronic shame, body betrayal, sexual trauma, and all the quiet ways you’ve been taught to abandon yourself.
Through a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic lens, I guide you back to your body, your boundaries, your voice, and your inner authority.

You don't have to do this alone.
I have over a decade of experience working with survivors of trauma. I have four degrees relating to mental health and psychology and spent a large portion of my career studying trauma responses across a variety of settings and applications. I was a sexual assault counselor at a major NYC hospital, an international trauma counselor in Sri Lanka following a civil war and tsunami, a mental health provider at Rikers Island in solitary confinement, and have worked closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in research on trauma responses to sexual violence.

TRADITIONAL SESSIONS

THERAPY INTENSIVES
Trauma therapy intensives are designed for those who need focused, high-impact healing in a condensed timeframe.
Instead of spreading therapy out over months, intensives dive deep in just a few sessions,
creating space for rapid breakthroughs and lasting relief.
Unlike traditional weekly therapy, intensives incorporate powerful modalities like EMDR, guided visualizations, and in-session somatic processing—techniques that help rewire trauma responses, regulate your nervous system, and restore a sense of safety in your body and mind.
